First Floor – 53 Sq. meters – Open loft on two levels. Living room with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor; 20 Sq. Meter bedroom with a solid wood plank floor and a railing with a view of the living room below.
- "Rosa"
Ground floor - 28 Sq. meters - Studio with spacious and comfortable kitchen, bathroom and independent and direct access from outside. (Max 2 persons).
- "Enzo"
First floor - 50 Sq. meters - comfortable and well-distributed spaces: living room equipped with kitchen, bathroom with special finishes, marble sink and designed accessories.
